Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is set aside exclusively for you, and we are committed to providing every client with dedicated care and attention. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while also respecting the time of our team and other clients.
Policy Details:
We kindly ask that any cancellations or changes to your booking be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will be charged in full.
In genuine emergency situations, we may, at our discretion, transfer part or all of any applicable fee toward a future booking.
